Return & Refund

1. Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Some products, such as personalized or hygiene items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hybrido.ab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hybrido.ab@gmail.com.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
