1. Returns

Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for items that are defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
